Erin G. Van Vleck is an attorney in Binghamton, New York with experience in clerking for appellate judges, civil litigation, indigent defense, criminal defense, criminal prosecution, appellate practice, landlord and tenant representation, and litigating a complex federal civil rights lawsuit.

Erin earned her Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School in 2015 with a concentration in advocacy after earning her Bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University in 2012. She began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Alaska Court of Appeals from 2015-2016 and then owned and operated a law office in Fairbanks, Alaska. Since returning to New York in 2017, she has maintained her license to practice law in Alaska in inactive status and is currently licensed to practice in New York State and in federal court in the Northern District of New York. 

Erin enjoys using her persuasive writing and editing talents to advocate for others and help people better advocate for themselves.
